This data is about the fighting style area of the moveset. It lets you edit in-match a few things, like the stance, speed, weight and irish whip. It is the same kind of data I've used in No Mercy to make the Irish Whip code.
The beginning of this section of memory is at 9C3B0. Some of the values are easy (the speed for example only requires to change a bit), others like the stances are more complicated as they share their bits with other data.
